Conditions of Sale
These Conditions of Sale (“Conditions of Sale”, “Conditions”) govern the sale of products by us to you on greennetworkstore.com.
Please read these Conditions carefully before placing an order on this website. By placing an order at greennetworkstore.co.uk you confirm your agreement to be bound by our Terms of Service and these Conditions.
Your order is an offer to GNS to buy the product(s) in your order.
When you place an order to purchase a product from the website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. This e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you.
You consent to receive sales invoices electronically.
We accept the following credit cards and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Maestro.
Your credit card or debit card will only be charged when the products are dispatched.
Cancellation and Refund
Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 30 days from the day on which you receive the products purchased.
You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request according by contacting us by email at email@example.com.
You must send back the products to the address communicated to you by us no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these products to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please make sure to check with us if the items are eligible for a refund before sending them back to us.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days from the approval date.
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
- the delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
- the supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
