Returns

Our return policy:

  • Please ensure you return goods in their original unworn/unused condition within 30 days of receipt of purchase (except for Emu electric bike products which is 14 days)
  • Returned items much be returned with original packaging
  • All refunds on orders are issued back onto the original payment card/Paypal account.
  • Please allow five working days from the receipt of your return for us to process a refund/exchange
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept toothbrushes and dental floss returns
  • We don’t offer returns labels so, for any exchanges/refunds, the cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer with the exception of faulty/Damaged items (see Returning a faulty/damaged item section below)
  • Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged

Please note that if your order is cancelled before being dispatched from the warehouse, then we can cancel and exchange/refund your order a lot faster, this is normally within two working days after your order has been placed.  If the order has been dispatched from the warehouse (you receive a tracking number) then we will not be able to cancel the order and you will need to send the product back to the relevant returns address before we can arrange an exchange or refund.  Please see one of the two scenarios below for more details:

Returning an unwanted item

We understand there may be times where you receive your order and you feel it's not right for you, you have 30 days from when you have received your order (with the exception of Emu electric bike products which is 14 days) to change your mind. If you wish to exchange/refund your order and you are within the returns date window then please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at support@greennetworkstore.co.uk and we will be in touch to guide you on what to do.

We are unable to accept any cosmetics or toiletry returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Please note that in the above scenario the cost of return postage is covered by the customer and not Green Network Store.

Returning a faulty/damaged item

If you receive your order and you believe it is faulty or damaged, then please let us know within 30 days of receiving the order (with the exception of Emu electric bike products which is 14 days) by sending us evidence of the faulty/damaged product and packaging to support@greennetworkstore.co.uk and our team will then investigate and respond to you as soon as possible.

We are unable to accept any cosmetics or toiletry returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Please note that in the above scenario the customer covers the cost of return postage, once the item has been posted back to us, please send us proof of postage to support@greennetworkstore.co.uk quoting your order number and once returned we will refund you for the postage costs.
